About me

Hey! I'm Jan, a graphic designer from the Czech Republic. Here's a little bit about me:

I've been working in graphic design for over seven years, and during that time I've had the opportunity to contribute to a wide range of projects, from creating and supervising CGI and VFX for television series (Spy Ops, Destruction Decoded) to designing complex user interfaces for e-commerce platforms (William & Thomas Bakery, BAT).

My main focus is UX/UI design and digital, but I also enjoy working on brand identities, complete websites or even 3D. I like the variety, and I think my experience across different areas of design helps me approach each project from a broader perspective.

What I enjoy most about design is finding the right balance between aesthetics and functionality. I believe the best products don't just look great. They're clear, intuitive, and make people's lives easier.

How do I like to work?

I believe the best design happens when we work together. I like to understand your goals and the problem we're trying to solve, explore ideas openly, and share work early so we can shape the direction together. I don't believe in disappearing for weeks and coming back with a finished design that you're simply expected to approve. I'd rather keep things collaborative, transparent, and enjoyable from start to finish.

How much does a project cost?

It depends on the project, its scope, and what you need help with. Let's have a quick chat first, and I'll give you a clearer idea of the scope, timeline, and cost. If you already have a budget in mind, feel free to share it.

How long does a project usually take?

Every project is different, but a small website might take a few weeks, while a larger digital product can take considerably longer. I'll always give you a realistic timeline upfront and keep you updated throughout the process.

Do you work with developers?

Absolutely. I'm happy to work alongside your existing development team and provide everything they need to bring the designs to life.

Can you work with an existing brand?

Of course. I'm happy to work within your existing brand guidelines and make sure the digital experience feels consistent with who you already are. If your brand needs a little refresh, we can talk about that too.

Do you offer revisions?

Yes! I believe design is a collaborative process, so feedback is always welcome. I usually work in stages, allowing us to review and refine the work along the way rather than waiting until the very end.
